Weaver Shaw
Co-founder / CEO
Weaver Shaw (she/herself) is a highly experienced instructor and facilitator with over 20 years of expertise in education. She focuses on educational integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) with the goal of promoting Educational Inclusivity, Diversity, and Accessibility (EDIA) and Sustainability. Weaver’s consulting services are tailored to meet the needs of both institutions and individuals, offering post-secondary professional development workshops as well as personalized one-on-one consulting/coaching.
Weaver is a certified Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) facilitator, a Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Faculty Fellow, and a Sustainability Coordinator at The University of British Columbia. Specializing in the intersection of technology and inclusive education, Weaver helps educators and institutions effectively incorporate GenAI tools to enhance teaching practices, while ensuring that inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability remain at the forefront of educational strategies.
With a passion for fostering accessible learning environments, Weaver’s approach empowers educators to adapt to the rapidly evolving educational landscape and meet the unique needs of diverse student populations. Whether through strategic guidance for large-scale curriculum redesign or hands-on coaching to support individual.

Dr. Neil Leveridge
Co-founder / CEO
Dr. Neil Leveridge (he/him) is an innovative educator and consultant with over 20 years of expertise in post-secondary education. Specializing in the design of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) solutions, Neil tailors strategies to address specific and personalized educational challenges, with a strong focus on Educational Inclusivity, Diversity, Accessibility (EDIA), and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). His work empowers educators and institutions to create adaptive, equitable, and student-centered learning environments, ensuring that technological advancements are aligned with ethical and inclusive teaching practices.
Neil holds a PhD in Educational Technology and Computer Science, completed in Mandarin Chinese, bringing a global perspective and deep empathy for those navigating education in additional languages. As co-owner of NextGenAI Educational Consulting, Neil collaborates with clients to implement ethical and innovative AI tools that enhance teaching practices and remove barriers to education for diverse learners.
Passionate about fostering transformative change in education, Neil’s approach bridges cutting-edge AI technology with practical, inclusive applications. Whether redesigning curricula to align with UDL principles or guiding educators in integrating AI responsibly, Neil is dedicated to advancing sustainable and equitable education for all.
